MENZERNA ERP

ربط جهازك بنظام Menzerna ERP

النظام يُفتح فقط من الأجهزة التي توافق عليها الإدارة. اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور وحدهما لا يكفيان.

الخطوات باختصار

  1. ثبّت تطبيق Tailscale الرسمي، وهو مجاني.
  2. اربطه بسيرفر الشركة: https://devices.menzernauae.com (لا تسجّل الدخول بحساب Google أو Microsoft).
  3. تظهر صفحة «طلب اعتماد جهاز جديد». املأها واضغط «إرسال الطلب».
  4. انتظر موافقة الإدارة. بعدها يظهر التطبيق Connected.
  5. افتح https://erp.menzernauae.com/odoo من أي متصفح وسجّل الدخول كالعادة.

اترك Tailscale يعمل دائماً. إذا أوقفته لا يفتح النظام.

iPhone / iPad

  1. من App Store ثبّت Tailscale وافتحه.
  2. اضغط Log in…، ثم زر القائمة (⋯) أعلى اليمين، واختر Use custom coordination server.
  3. اكتب https://devices.menzernauae.com ثم Log in.
  4. وافق على إضافة إعدادات VPN، ثم املأ صفحة الطلب.

Android

  1. من Google Play ثبّت Tailscale وافتحه.
  2. ⚙️ الإعدادات ← Accounts ← (⋮) ← Use an alternate server.
  3. اكتب https://devices.menzernauae.com وأكمل، ثم وافق على اتصال VPN واملأ صفحة الطلب.

مهم: في إعدادات الهاتف ← الشبكة ← DNS الخاص (Private DNS) اختر تلقائي أو إيقاف. إذا كان على مزوّد محدد لا يفتح النظام.

Mac

  1. ثبّت Tailscale من Mac App Store تحديداً. نسخة App Store تحفظ مفتاح الجهاز في Keychain.
  2. اضغط مع Option على أيقونة Tailscale في شريط القوائم ← Debug ← Custom Login Server ← Add Account…
  3. اكتب https://devices.menzernauae.com ← Add Account، ثم املأ صفحة الطلب.

Windows (يقوم به المسؤول التقني بصلاحية Administrator)

  1. ثبّت Tailscale من https://tailscale.com/download/windows
  2. افتح PowerShell كمسؤول (Run as Administrator) ونفّذ:

إذا أظهر Get-Tpm أن TPM غير متوفر، لا تفعّل EncryptState وأبلغ الإدارة. يجب أن يعمل الموظف على Windows بحساب عادي، لا بحساب Administrator.

English: install the official Tailscale app, set the custom/alternate server to https://devices.menzernauae.com, fill in the request form that opens, wait for approval (Connected), then open https://erp.menzernauae.com/odoo in any browser.
